Our classes build a community around exercise.

Our goal is to ensure every athlete feels a part of the community. This empowers them to choose a lifetime of health and wellness thus improving their physical, mental, and emotional health.

We offer three class types

Bloom Live!

Join athletes from across the county live every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 10am CST for 30 minutes of fitness. Tuesday and Thursday classes vary between yoga, Pilates, strength, and dance. Wednesday's always offer chair fitness. Download the free Bloom Fitness app from your favorite app store to access a class.

Bloom On Demand

Bloom has a growing library of classes available on demand. Exercise to the class of your choice at your convenience. To access on-demand classes download the FREE Bloom Fitness app on your favorite app store today.

In Person

Bloom partners with IDD service providers to bring in-person wellness classes to day habilitation, post-graduate, and transitional programs.
